货油舱用耐蚀E36钢板的研发与工业试制

Research and Industrial Trial Production of Corrosion-resistant E36 Steel for Cargo Tanks

  • 摘要: 采用低碳及耐蚀微合金化设计思路,并结合控轧控冷工艺,成功开展了6 mm和30 mm两种规格的货油舱内底板用耐蚀E36钢板的工业试制。结果表明,工业试制钢板组织均匀、冶金质量控制良好,在成分及力学性能满足E36钢标准的基础上,耐酸性氯离子环境腐蚀速率低至0.62 mm/a左右,较国际海事组织在《原油油船货油舱用耐蚀钢性能标准》中提出的1 mm/a的腐蚀速率要求低了约40%,其耐蚀性能约是传统E36钢的5倍。

     

    Abstract: The low-carbon and corrosion-resistant micro-alloying design methods combined with TMCP technologies were adopted to industrially trial-produce the corrosion-resistant E36 steel plate with two specifications of 6 mm and 30 mm. The results indicated that the industrial trial-produced steel plates had uniform structures and were of good metallurgical quality. Furthermore, the final trial-produced corrosion-resistant E36 steel plate not only met the chemical and mechanical properties required by E36 steel standard, but also its corrosion rate in the acidic chloride ion environment was reduced to about 0.62 mm/a, about 40% lower than 1 mm/a regulated by Corrosion Resistant Steel for Oil Tanks proposed by International Maritime Organization, and its corrosion resistance property was about 5 times of that of the traditional E36 steel.
