Abstract:
Bonding strengthes of interfaces of 4 kinds of titanium and steel explosive cladding plates with different surface toughness were studied by shear strength, bending strength and metallographic tests. The results show that the shear strength decreases with the increasing of the surface roughness, and the greater the surface roughness, the longer the wavelength of the interfacial wave. The bending test results show that there is no delamination in the four-different-roughness composite plates.
