表面粗糙度对复合板结合强度的影响

Effect of Surface Roughness on Bonding Strength of Composite Plates

  • 摘要: 研究了4种不同表面粗糙度的钛钢复合板经爆炸复合后的结合强度。结果表明,剪切强度随着表面粗糙度的增加而减小,表面粗糙度越大,爆轰波波长越长。弯曲试验表明,所选取的4种粗糙度的复合板均没出现分层的现象。

     

    Abstract: Bonding strengthes of interfaces of 4 kinds of titanium and steel explosive cladding plates with different surface toughness were studied by shear strength, bending strength and metallographic tests. The results show that the shear strength decreases with the increasing of the surface roughness, and the greater the surface roughness, the longer the wavelength of the interfacial wave. The bending test results show that there is no delamination in the four-different-roughness composite plates.
