摘要: 针对制氯用电解槽极板杂质附着沉积问题,利用TRIZ理论对问题进行了系统分析,通过冲突理论及物质场分析工具提出了多种解决方案,对方案进行了评价,提出了优化的电解槽设计方案。结果表明,该设计可显著降低极板表面杂质附着。Abstract: TRIZ was introduced to analyze the cause of fouling which is a common phenomenon for chlorine eletrolyzer. Conflict theory and substance field analysis were used to develop innovative designs. After evaluation, the optimized plan was suggested. Test results showed that the developed design could reduce fouling of plate significantly.
