换热管腐蚀泄露原因分析

Analysis on Corrosion and Leakage of Heat Exchange Tube

  • 摘要: 某热浸锌10#钢换热管外表面发生不同程度的腐蚀泄露。分析了水质和换热管的宏观形貌、化学成分、微观组织、腐蚀特征,结果表明,换热管喷淋水质超标,形成了较强的腐蚀性环境;镀锌层表面的自由锌层较薄或者存在不连续现象,ζ相层疏松且粗大,降低了镀锌层的耐腐蚀性能,造成换热管点蚀。

     

    Abstract: The heat exchange tube of the equipment is made of 10# steel, and its outer surface is treated by hot dipping zinc. After the equipment was used for more than four years, different degrees of corrosion and leakage occurred on the outer surface of heat exchange tube. In this paper, the failure mode and reason are found by macro inspection, composition and structure analysis, corrosion characteristic analysis and water quality analysis: pitting corrosion is the failure mode. One reason for the corrosion is that the free zinc layer on the surface of the galvanized layer is thin or discontinuous, and ζ phase layer loose and thick, reducing the corrosion resistance of zinc coating. The other is that the water quality exceeds the standard, forming a strong corrosive environment.
