某小直径钛合金耐压球壳制造工艺

Manufacturing Technology of a Small Diameter Pressure Spherical Shell of Titanium Alloy

  • 摘要: 某壁厚28 mm的小直径钛合金耐压球壳,主体材料为TC4ELI钛合金,针对其设计指标要求,制定了板材热冲压成型半球-手工GTAW焊接半球孔座-半球热处理-半球机加工-上下半球合拢后赤道缝真空电子束焊接-整球真空去应力退火制造工艺,完成罐体制造并进行了各项检测。结果表明,球壳尺寸、气密、水压、焊接见证件检测合格。外压试验前、后的真球度、焊缝渗透、射线、超声、残余应力检测合格,满足产品设计要求,制造的球壳海试考核后各项指标正常,满足服役要求,制定的工艺可靠,制造工艺可为同类产品制造提供一定的参考。

     

    Abstract: The main material of small diameter pressure spherical shell of titanium alloy, with 28 mm thick wall, is TC4ELI. According to the requirements of the design, the manufacturing process route of plate hot forming hemisphere-manual GTAW of nozzle-heat treatment of hemisphere-machining of hemisphere-vacuum electron beam welding of equatorial seam after upper and lower hemispheres closed-annealing of whole is developed and implemented. By the process, the shell is prepared and relevant tests are carried out. The results show that the dimension, air pressure, water pressure, and witness welded plates are all qualified. The sphericity, weld penetration, X-ray results, residual stress of the shell before and after external water pressure can meet the design requirements. The success of sea trial shows that the process is reliable and can provide some references for manufacturing of similar products.
