Abstract:
The welding process of Hardox400 wear-resistant steel was established by welding test. First, 4Y grade flux-cored wire is used for base and partial filling welding after preheating, then wear-resistant wire is adopted for filling and cover welding after secondary preheating. The results show that there is no crack in the weld, the root fusion is well, and the hardness of the wear-resistant layer weld is equal to that of the base material. The weld scheme has been formulated, and the welding of the product has been completed.
