板片表面缺陷尺度对印刷板式换热器扩散焊接的影响研究

摘要: 针对印刷板式换热器换热板片表面缺陷的尺度问题,开展试验分析研究,重点研究了板片表面缺陷宽度对换热器芯体扩散焊性能的影响规律,从拉伸强度和微观界面组织两个方面阐述了缺陷宽度对扩散焊接的影响情况。结果表明,当缺陷深度小于0.1 mm,宽度小于0.82 mm时,表面缺陷不影响印刷板式换热器的焊接性能。Abstract: To analyze the scale problem of surface defect of heat exchanger plate of PCHE, experimental analysis and research were carried out. The influence of surface defect width of plate on diffusion bonding performance of heat exchanger core mainly studied from two aspects of tensile strength and micro-interface structure. The results showed that when the defect depth was less than 0.1 mm and the width less than 0.82 mm, the surface defect had no influence on the weldability of the PCHE.
