Inspection and Performance of Special Stainless Steel Plate for MARK III Cargo Containment System

摘要: 基于MARK Ⅲ货物围护系统的工作特点,分析了专用不锈钢板应满足的基本性能要求。为了保证产品质量和性能要求,总结了专用不锈钢板应采用的生产工艺流程以及关键质量控制点。对专用不锈钢板进行检验分析,将其与常规AISI 304L不锈钢板的性能进行对比,并基于试验结果分析了专用不锈钢的性能特点。

Abstract: The basic performance requirements of the special stainless steel plates of the MARK III cargo containment system are analyzed based on the working characteristics of the system. The production process and key quality control points for the production of the special stainless steel plates are summarized to ensure their quality and performance. The performance of the special stainless steel plate is compared with that of the conventional AISI 304L stainless steel plate. The characteristics of the special stainless steel are analyzed based on the test results. -
