几种典型高耐久性防腐蚀涂层体系的循环老化研究

Cyclic Aging Study of Several Typical Heavy-Duty Coating Systems

  • 摘要: 按照防腐蚀保护相关标准要求,对热喷镀锌复合涂层、富锌底漆涂层和非富锌底漆涂层等三类典型的海洋大气环境下的涂层体系进行循环老化试验,分析了各涂层体系的失效原因,并在防腐性能、施工成本、后期维护和环保性等方面进行对比分析。在极端腐蚀环境的循环老化试验中,涂层失效的主要原因为缝隙腐蚀和温度变化产生的热胀冷缩作用。在极端腐蚀环境中推荐使用镀锌涂层和富锌底漆涂层体系。环保化、低VOC (挥发性有机化合物)化以及长效化是海工重防腐涂料的未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirements of relevant corrosion protection standards, cyclic aging tests are carried out on three typical anti-corrosion coating systems including hot-sprayed galvanized composite coating, zinc-rich primer coating and non-zinc-rich primer coating, which are applied into the marine atmospheric environment. The causes for the failures are analyzed, and the anti-corrosion performances, construction costs, maintenance and environmental protection of the coatings are compared. In the cyclic aging test of the extreme corrosive environment, the main failure modes of the coatings are the crevice corrosion and physical effects caused by temperature change. The hot-sprayed galvanized composite coating and zinc-rich primer coating are recommended for the extreme corrosive environment. The development direction of the marine heavy-duty anticorrosion coating has environmental protection, low VOC and long lasting effect.
