  • 摘要: 在全面考虑焊接残余应力、加载应力和氢致应力的情况下推导了Mises等效应力σ和应力第一不变量I1的一般表达式;理论分析了残余应力和氢致应力对屈服行为的影响,推导了单向应力状态下的表观屈服应力σs的表达式;理论分析了残余应力和氢致应力对断裂行为的影响,推导了单向应力状态下的表观断裂应力I<i>b的表达式和表观屈服时的应力第一不变量特征值Is1的表达式。

     

    Abstract: The Mises equivalent stress σ and the first stress invariant I1 were derived by considering the welding residual stress, loading stress and hydrogen induced stress; The influence of residual stress and hydrogen stress on yield behavior is analyzed theoretically, and the expression of apparent yield stress σs under unidirectional stress is derived; The influence of residual stress and hydrogen stress on fracture behavior is analyzed theoretically, and the expression of apparent fracture stress Ib under unidirectional stress state and the expression of eigenvalue Is1 under apparent yield state are derived.
