层状双金属氢氧化物基功能填料与涂层相容性提升研究进展及展望

A Review of Compatibility Enhancement between Layered Double Hydroxide Based Functional Fillers and Coatings and Outlooks

  • 摘要: 层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)因其具有缓蚀剂容器功能、离子交换效应和二维片层结构,在防腐蚀涂层中表现出较大的应用潜力,已被研究者广泛研究。LDH可通过离子交换效应吸收氯离子、释放缓蚀剂离子,在降低氯离子对基底的侵蚀强度的同时可释放缓蚀剂修复腐蚀区域,使体系呈现出自修复效应。但是LDH在有机涂层中存在易团聚且与涂层相容性较差等问题,限制了其在涂层中多功能特性的发挥。本研究综述了目前已有的LDH与涂层相容性提升方面的研究工作,并提出了未来发展的展望。

     

    Abstract: Layered double hydroxide (LDH) has been widely studied by researchers due to their corrosion inhibitor container function, anion-exchange effect, and two-dimensional layered structure, which has great potential for application in anti-corrosion coatings. LDH can absorb chloride ions and release corrosion inhibitor ions through anion-exchange effect, reducing the attacking intensity of chloride ions on the substrate while releasing corrosion inhibitors to repair the corroded area, and make the system have a self-healing effect. However, LDH is prone to form aggregates in coatings and has poor compatibility with coatings, which limits its multifunctional properties in coatings. In this study, the work carried out by researchers in improving the compatibility between LDH and coatings is summarized, and the outlooks in this field is put forward.
