深海防腐涂层和阴极保护的研究现状与展望

摘要: 防腐涂层和阴极保护是防止深海装备和设施受到海水腐蚀的有效方法,开展深海环境防腐涂层和阴极保护技术研究,对保障深海装备和设施的可靠性和安全性、促进深海装备技术的发展具有十分重要的意义。本论文介绍了深海防腐涂层和阴极保护的研究现状,分析了深海环境对有机和无机防腐涂层以及牺牲阳极性能的影响,探讨了深海防腐涂层和阴极保护在深海装备和设施上的应用情况,提出了存在的问题和挑战,并就深海防腐涂层和阴极保护技术的发展方向进行了展望。Abstract: Aniticorrosive coating and cathodic protection are effective methods for the corrosion control of subsea equipment and facilities in seawater. The investigations on protective coatings and cathodic protection used in deep-sea environment are of great significance for the guarantee of reliability and safety of subsea equipment and facilities, and the development of deep-sea equipment technology. In this article, the research status of deep-sea anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection has been introduced, the influences of deep-sea environment on the performance of organic and inorganic coatings and sacrificial anodes have been analyzed, the application of deep-sea anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection to the specific equipment and facilities has been discussed. The existing problems and challenges are pointed out, and the development directions of deep-sea anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection technology have been prospected.
