石墨烯红外低发射率涂料制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Infrared Low Emissivity Coating of Grapheme

  • 摘要: 将石墨烯应用在红外低发射率涂料中,研究了其漆膜电导率、红外发射率和力学性能。研究表明,当石墨烯添加量为1.5%时,电阻率降至0.59×106Ω·cm,漆膜发射率可降至0.13,相对传统纯金属的,红外低发射率漆膜红外发射率明显降低,且漆膜具有更优异的力学性能。

     

    Abstract: The graphene was applied in infrared low emissivity coating, and the conductivity, infrared emissivity and mechanical properties of coating containing graphene were investigated. The results show that the resistivity decreases to 0.59×106 Ω·cm, and the infrared emissivity reduces to 0.13. The modified infrared low emissivity coatings not only have much lower infrared emissivity than the traditional pure metal, but also are equipped with superior mechanical performance.
