Study on Process Parameters of Explosive Welding Charge

  • 摘要: 聚能效应在爆炸焊接技术领域应用比较广泛,对于复层厚度6 mm以上的钛钢复合板的结合质量至关重要。通过试验,系统研究了聚能药包装药条件和不同参数的做功规律以及雷管区质量。结果表明:添加起爆药,能减少聚能效应对板材的冲击,随着炸高H的变化,雷管区深度呈现波状变化;随着炸高H的降低,雷管区的锥度增大,表面平滑过渡。选用ϕ25 mm聚能药包,炸高H为5~8 mm,钛钢复合板雷管区控制效果理想,且爆炸复合板结合质量良好,剪切强度可达224 MPa,拉伸强度可达525 MPa。
    Abstract: The shaped charge effect is widely used in explosive welding, and it is very important for the bonding quality of titanium steel clad plate with thickness of 6 mm or more. Here are systematically studied the the working law of shaped charge and the quality of detonator area by experiments.Results show that the impact of shaped charge effect on the plate can be reduced by adding primary explosive. With the variation of height H, the depth of detonator area shows wave-like change. With the decreasing of height H, the taper of detonator area increases and the surface is smooth and natural. When the explosive welding charge of ϕ25 mm and the blast height H of 5~8 mm are applied, the detonator area of the titanium steel clad plate can be well controlled, the blast bonding quality is good, the shear strength can reach 224 MPa, and the tensile strength can reach 525 MPa.
