B10铜合金板制三通管件裂纹原因分析

Cause Analysis on Crack in Tee Fitting from B10 Copper Alloy Plate

  • 摘要: 针对B10铜合金板制三通管件成形开裂问题,通过化学成分分析、力学性能分析、金相组织分析、显微形貌分析与能谱分析等方法对裂纹出现的原因进行研究。结果表明,裂纹存在明显分叉,呈现沿晶扩展特征,原始板材的晶界位置形成的富Cu相或析出相导致的晶界弱化,是引起其在成形过程中开裂的主要原因。原始板材局部存在的原始缺陷也为裂纹的产生和扩展提供了前提条件。因此应加强铸锭冶铸和板材制备环节过程控制和检查,避免此类情况的再次出现。

     

    Abstract: In view of the crack in tee fitting in the formation from B10 copper alloy plate, the crack analysis is carried out by chemical composition analysis, mechanical property analysis, metallographic structure analysis, energy spectrum analysis and fracture scanning. The results show that the crack has obvious bifurcations and presents the characteristics of intergranular propagation. There are three characteristic areas of red, dark red and gray at the grain boundaries near the crack. The grain boundary at the end of the crack is obviously widened and there are a few precipitated phases. The formation of Cu-rich phase or precipitated phase at the grain boundary leads to the weakening of the grain boundary, which is the main reason for the cracking of tee fitting in the forming process from B10 copper alloy plate. There are defects in local parts of the plate, which provides a prerequisite for the generation and propagation of crack. The process control and inspection should be enhanced in the ingot smelting and plate preparation.
