功能性聚合物分子刷涂层的研究进展

Research Progress on Functional Polymer Brush Coatings

  • 摘要: 海洋生物污损严重影响船舶及水下设备的性能与使用寿命,防污涂层技术作为解决此问题的关键策略而备受关注。然而,传统防污涂层会释放有毒防污剂,这严重威胁着海洋生态系统的稳定性和生物多样性。功能性聚合物分子刷涂层是一类不释放杀菌剂的环境友好防污技术,近年来成为研究焦点。本研究面向海洋生态保护与资源可持续利用的双重需求,聚焦功能性聚合物分子刷涂层的发展,系统梳理了污损阻抗型、污损释放型、污损降解型以及动态表面防污型等防污涂层的研究进展与应用。在此基础上,针对环境友好型防污涂层未来的研究技术和发展趋势提出思考与展望。

     

    Abstract: Effective antifouling techniques are absolutely important since marine biofouling seriously compromises the performance and service lifetime of ships and underwater equipment. Through the release of harmful biocides, conventional antifouling coatings seriously endanger marine ecosystems and biodiversity. In response, functional polymer brush coatings, which produce antifouling effects without releasing biocides, have taken front stage in recent years. Under the dual needs of sustainable resource use and marine ecological conservation, this review focuses on the synthesis and development of four functional polymer brush coatings, including fouling-resistant, fouling-release, fouling-degrading, and dynamic surface antifouling coatings. This review also considers future directions of research and development trends for environmentally friendly antifouling technology.
