聚乳酸预聚物/聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯薄膜的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Polylactic Acid Prepolymer/Polyethylene Glycol Diacrylate Film

  • 摘要: 以聚乳酸预聚物(LAOG)和不同分子量的聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)为原料,采用安息香双甲醚(651)和二苯甲酮(BP)为光引发剂,通过LED紫外辐照制备了系列LAOG/PEGDA薄膜,并对薄膜进行FT-IR、凝胶含量、WAXD、DMA和力学性能测试与分析。结果发现,651具有比BP更好的光引发效率,当其添加量仅为0.2%(w)时,LAOG/PEGDA体系固化成膜所需的紫外辐照时间可短至0.1 s,表明本方法具有实现LAOG/PEGDA薄膜高效快速制备的潜力。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, using polylactic acid prepolymer (LAOG) and polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) with different molecular weights as raw materials, benzoin dimethyl ether (651) and benzophenone (BP) as photoinitiators, a series of LAOG/PEGDA films were prepared by LED UV irradiation. FT-IR, gel content, WAXD, DMAand mechanical properties of the films were tested and analyzed. The results show that 651 has better photoinitiation efficiency than BP. When its addition is only 0.2%(w), the UV irradiation time required for the curing of LAOG/PEGDA system can be as short as 0.1 seconds, indicating that this method has the potential to realize the efficient and rapid preparation of LAOG/PEGDA films.
