Abstract:
In this paper, using polylactic acid prepolymer (LAOG) and polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) with different molecular weights as raw materials, benzoin dimethyl ether (651) and benzophenone (BP) as photoinitiators, a series of LAOG/PEGDA films were prepared by LED UV irradiation. FT-IR, gel content, WAXD, DMAand mechanical properties of the films were tested and analyzed. The results show that 651 has better photoinitiation efficiency than BP. When its addition is only 0.2%(
w), the UV irradiation time required for the curing of LAOG/PEGDA system can be as short as 0.1 seconds, indicating that this method has the potential to realize the efficient and rapid preparation of LAOG/PEGDA films.
