Technology and Texture Revolution of TC4 Alloy Cold Rolling Seamless Tube

  • 摘要: 用冷轧法制备了TC4钛合金φ41 mm×2.5 mm规格无缝管材。利用EBSD技术研究合金中间退火、最终退火,结果表明,其织构演变受冷轧时的Q值(减壁率与减径率之比)影响较大。当Q值较大时,管材内表面主要进行减壁变形,取向以倾转基面织构为主;外表面以减径变形为主,取向沿RD方向倾转。当Q值较小时,内、外表面主要进行减径变形,取向由倾转基面织构沿RD方向倾转至柱面织构。

     

    Abstract: Ti6Al4V alloy seamless tubes of φ41 mm×2.5 mm are prepared by cold rolling. EBSD technology is used to study the intermediate annealing and final annealing samples. It is found that the texture evolution is greatly affected by the Q value(diameter reduction ratio divided by thickness reduction ratio) during cold rolling. When the Q value is large, the inner surface of the pipe is mainly reduced in wall deformation, and the orientation is mainly tilted to the basal texture; while the outer surface is mainly reduced in diameter, and the orientation is tilted in the RD direction. When the Q value is small, the inner and the outer surfaces are mainly reduced in diameter, and the orientation is tilted from the tilted basal texture in the RD direction to the <1-100> texture.
