高强钢用气保焊丝光亮拉拔工艺研究与实践

Research and Practice on Polishing-drawing Process of Gas-protected Welding Wire for High Tension Steel

  • 摘要: 随着对环境保护的要求越来越高,无镀铜焊丝代替镀铜焊丝是行业发展趋势。目前,国内外无镀铜焊丝生产工艺探索多集中在采用粉拉工艺来改善焊丝送丝性、抗锈性以及导电性,但是效果不佳。本研究采用抛光工艺(润滑剂为水溶性液体),基于无镀铜焊丝生产流程,通过特殊的模具选取、润滑剂配比、减径工艺参数选取、高压循环水清洗等工艺组合,获得了洁净度好、表面光滑、光亮、几乎没有润滑剂残余的焊丝。所制备的焊丝避免了以往焊丝镀铜生产过程中所造成的环境污染和人身健康问题,同时具有优良的综合操控性能,特别适合于严格限制铜含量的工况。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing demand for environmental protection, the replacement of copper-plated welding wire by non-copper-plated welding wire is an industry trend. At present, the production process of non-copper-plated welding wire at home and abroad is mostly focused on using the powder drawing process to improve wire feeding, rust resistance and electrical conductivity, but the effect is not good. In this study, based on the non-copper-plated welding wire production process, a welding wire with good cleanliness, smooth and bright surface and almost no lubricant residue was prepared by adopting the innovative polishing process with water-soluble liquid as the lubricant and process combination of special mold selection, lubricant ratio, diameter reduction process parameter selection and high pressure circulating water cleaning. The prepared welding wire can avoid the environmental pollution and personal health problems caused in the copper wire production process, has the characteristics of excellent wire feeding property, strong rust prevention ability, small wear of the welding nozzle and excellent welding operation performance, and is particularly suitable for working conditions where the copper content is strictly limited.
