燃气轮机起动电机超扭保护轴断裂原因分析

Cause Investigation on Fracture of Overtorque Protection Shaft of Gas Turbine Starter Motor

  • 摘要: 超扭保护轴是燃气轮机传动系统的重要部件。某燃气轮机在一次冷吹时,超扭保护轴断裂。通过化学成分检验、夹杂物分析、强度和硬度校核、运行情况分析、断口的宏观和微观形貌分析等方法,对超扭保护轴的断裂原因进行了研究。结果表明,这是由材料内部缺陷导致的疲劳断裂。

     

    Abstract: The overtorque protection shaft is an important component of the gas turbine transmission system. In the course of cold blowing, the overtorque protection shaft of a gas turbine broke. To investigate the reason for the fracture, many methods are employed such as chemical composition test, inclusion analysis, strength and hardness verification, running condition analysis of the gas turbine, and macroscopic and microscopic appearance observing of the fracture. Results indicate that it is the inner defects that result in the fatigue fracture of the shaft.
