WC颗粒对高铬铸铁基高频感应堆焊层耐磨性的研究

Study on Wear Resistance of High Chromium Cast Iron Based High Frequency Induction Welding Layer with WC Particles

  • 摘要: 通过高频感应加热技术制备添加WC颗粒的高铬铸铁基堆焊层,并对堆焊层的硬度、显微组织、物相进行表征;利用回转式磨料磨损试验机进行磨损实验。结果表明:堆焊层中主要物相为γ-Fe、(Cr,Fe)7(C,B)3、WC及W2C等。实验证明,当WC含量为30%时,堆焊层具有最优的耐磨性。

     

    Abstract: High chromium cast iron based welding layer with WC particles was prepared by high frequency induction heating technology, and the hardness, microstructure and phase of the welding layer were characterized. Wear test was carried out by rotary abrasive wear tester. The results show that the main phases are γ-Fe,(Cr,Fe)7(C,B)3, WC and W2C, and that when WC content is 30%, the welding layer has the best wear resistance.
