7050铝合金疏水表面制备及耐腐蚀性能研究

Preparation and Research on Corrosion Resistance of Hydrophobic Surface on 7050 Aluminum Alloy

  • 摘要: 7050铝合金的疏水性能对其耐蚀性能有很大的影响。本研究采用化学刻蚀+硬脂酸刻蚀的方法在7050铝合金表面制备疏水膜层。通过接触角、扫描电镜等测试手段对样品表面的微观形貌和润湿性进行分析,并利用电化学工作站、析氢实验对样品的耐腐蚀性能进行检测。最后,对样品的腐蚀机理进行研究。结果表明:在HCl溶液中刻蚀10 min后在0.06 mol/L的硬脂酸乙醇溶液中浸泡12 h,可得到膜层分布均匀且疏水性最佳的疏水膜层;与未处理的相比,该方法制得的疏水7050铝合金的自腐蚀电流密度下降、自腐蚀电位升高、阻抗弧半径增加,耐腐蚀性能提高;该疏水7050铝合金腐蚀类型为点蚀及沿晶界的腐蚀,腐蚀后增加腐蚀产物相Al2O3。本研究为耐腐蚀7050铝合金疏水表面的制备提供了可行的方案。

     

    Abstract: The hydrophobicity of 7050 aluminum alloy has a vital influence on its corrosion resistance. In this study, the micro/nano rough structure of 7050 aluminum alloy surface is prepared by chemical etching method, and then the surface is soaked in stearic acid ethanol aqueous solution for hydrophobic treatment. The microstructure and wettability of the hydrophobic surface are analyzed and studied by contact angle, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and other testing methods, the corrosion resistance tested and analyzed by electrochemical workstation, and the corrosion mechanism investigated. Results show that uniform surface with excellent hydrophobicity can be obtained when the 7050 aluminum alloy is etched by hydrochloric acid for 10 min, and soaked in 0.06 mol/L stearic acid ethanol aqueous solution for 12 hours. Compared with those of the blank matrix material, the self-corrosion current density of 7050 aluminum alloy with hydrophobic surface decreases, i self-corrosion voltage increases, and the radius of the impedance arc increases. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of the sample is improved. The corrosion forms of 7050 aluminum alloy with hydrophobic surface are pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion. This research provides a practical solution for the preparation of hydrophobic surface on 7050 aluminum alloy with good corrosion resistance.v
