2507超级双相不锈钢焊接接头在模拟海水中的腐蚀行为研究

Research on Corrosion Behavior of 2507 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Welded Joint in Simulated Seawater

  • 摘要: 本研究利用扫描电子显微镜以及背散射电子衍射仪分析了2507超级双相不锈钢焊接接头的微观组织,并采用电化学和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS),探究了该焊接接头不同区域在模拟海上柔直换流站平台冷却系统中的腐蚀行为,同时还对焊接接头进行了1 440 h的中性盐雾试验。结果表明,焊缝、热影响区及母材的动电位极化曲线中的腐蚀电流密度相当,3个区域都呈现出相似的电容半圆特征,说明其耐腐蚀性能相当;XPS结果显示2507超级双相不锈钢在该环境中的钝化膜以金属氢氧化物与氧化物为主。盐雾试验结果表明,在长时间的腐蚀环境下,母材表面保持较好的金属光泽,焊缝周围有轻微的腐蚀,焊缝依然是易腐蚀的薄弱区域。研究结果对于海上柔直换流站平台关键技术部件的选材及接头质量的控制有一定的工程参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Scanning electron microscopy and backscattered electron diffraction (EBSD) are used to analyze the microstructure of the 2507 duplex stainless steel welded joint, the electrochemical testing and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) are adopted to explore the corrosion behaviors of different areas of the welded joint in offshore flexible platform cooling system in the simulated sea, and the 1 440 h salt spray test is conducted on the welded joint. The results show that the passivation current densities in the potentiodynamic polarization curves of the weld, heat-affected zone and base metal are equivalent, and that the three areas all show similar capacitive semicircle characteristics, indicating that the corrosion resistances of the three locations are equivalent. The XPS results show that the passivation film of 2507 super duplex stainless steel in this environment is mainly metal hydroxide and oxide. The salt spray test results show that after being in in the corrosion environment for a long time, the surface of the base metal maintains good metallic luster, that there is slight corrosion around the weld, and that the weld is still a weak area prone to corrosion. The results have certain engineering reference significance for the selection of key technical components and the control of joint quality of offshore flexible platforms.
