摘要: 针对Ti70中厚板伸长率及冲击性能偏低的问题,系统研究了热加工工艺对Ti70中厚板性能的影响,并对热加工工艺进行改进。结果表明:与原来传统热加工工艺相比,通过增加轧制变形量,降低轧制温度,可显著提高板材伸长率和低温冲击性能。同时,此新工艺为其它α及近α钛合金塑韧性综合指标提升提供了崭新的工艺设计思路。Abstract: To solve the problems of low elongation and impact property of Ti70 medium plate, influence of hot processing technology on the mechanical properties of Ti70 medium plate was systematically studied, and the processing technology improved. The results show that compared with the traditional hot processing technology, by increasing the rolling deformation and reducing the rolling temperature, the elongation and low temperature impact performance of Ti70 medium plate can be significantly improved. The new thermal processing technology can also provide a new process design idea for the improvement of the elongation and impact property of other α and near α titanium alloys.
