Abstract:
Based on the measured dynamic and static data of WH150 rubber isolators, the hyperelastic and viscoelastic constitutive parameters of the elastic material are inversed through the joint simulation of Abaqus and Isight. With the rubber constitutive parameters as input, a prediction model of the rubber isolators is established. The errors of the three-way static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and dynamic transmissibility derived from this model are all less than 10%. By applying the prediction model into the actual working condition of the rubber isolator, the actual resonance frequency and fatigue life of the rubber isolator can be quickly evaluated.
