止裂厚钢板拉伸性能表征参量与无塑性转变温度的相关性分析

Analysis on Relationship Between Tensile Property Parameters and Nil-ductility Transition Temperature of Crack Arrest Thick Steel Plate

  • 摘要: 统计分析了54组止裂厚钢板屈服强度Rp0.2、拉抻强度Rm、伸长率A、断面收缩率Z、屈强比Rp0.2/Rm和侧面落锤无塑性转变温度TNDT的相关性规律,结果表明:止裂厚钢板屈强比越低,钢板的均匀塑性变形能力越好;止裂厚钢板均匀塑性变形能力越好,无塑性转变温度越低,钢板的止裂性能也相对越好。

     

    Abstract: Fifty four troops of of yield strength Rp0.2, tensile strength Rm, elongation A, reduction of area Z, yield ratio Rp0.2/Rm and nil-ductility transition temperature TNDT of crack arrest thick steel plate were analyzed.Results indicate uniform plastic deformation decreases with the increasing of yield ratio and that the nil-ductility transition temperature TNDT decreases with the increasing of uniform plastic deformation.
