结构阻尼复合材料热老化性能研究

摘要: 结构阻尼复合材料具有高比强度、高比模量、高阻尼等特性,用于船舶领域具有减振降噪的优良特性。为了研究结构阻尼复合材料在热环境下性能演变规律,本研究以玻纤复合材料及共固化阻尼改性的结构阻尼复合材料为研究对象,开展了结构阻尼复合材料力学性能、阻尼性能,及其耐湿热老化性能研究。研究发现:经阻尼处理后,复合材料的阻尼性能提高了1倍;短时热老化试验,对阻尼复合材料的力学和阻尼性能影响较小;通过长期热老化试验并根据阿伦尼乌斯方程,建立了结构阻尼复合材料的寿命方程,并推算出其最高使用温度为82.1℃,满足预期使用需求。Abstract: The damping composites are fabricated with glass fiber, viscoelastic layer and epoxy resin via VARI co-curing process. It exhibits high strength, rigidity, loss factor and good heat distortion temperature. Different kinds of thermal aging test are conducted on the damping composites. The results indicates that the mechanical properties and damping properties are less affected after the short-term thermal aging tests. Meanwhile, the lifetime equation is established according to the performance evolution of the damping composites during the accelerated aging test, and the maximum service temperature is 82.1℃.
