上部锁紧式双层非线性道岔扣件安全性能分析

Safety Performance Analysis of Upper Locking Double-layer Non-linear Turnout Fasteners on the Upper Depot

  • 摘要: 现场测试并分析了在某地铁车辆段上部锁紧式双层非线性道岔扣件正常运行的20列列车的轮轨力,结果表明:上部锁紧式双层非线性道岔扣件列车通过时,轮重减载率最大值为0.14,脱轨系数最大值为0.41,左右车轮的垂向力平均值为57.6 kN和横向力平均值为15.8 kN,说明车辆段上部锁紧式双层非线性道岔扣件完全满足列车运行的安全性指标。

     

    Abstract: The wheel-rail forces of 20 normal-operating trains passing through rails with upper locking double-layer non-linear turnout fasteners were tested on-site at the Metro and the data analyzed. The results showed when a train passed a double-layer non-linear turnout fastener, the maximum wheel load reduction rate was 0.14, the maximum derailment coefficient was 0.41, the average vertical force of the left and right wheels was 57.6 kN, and the average lateral force was 15.8 kN, which showed that the locking double-layer non-linear turnout fasteners on the upper part of the depot could fully meet the safety indicators of train operation.
