热变形参数对Ti65钛合金晶粒细化、织构及微织构 演化的影响

Influence of Hot Deformation Parameters On Grain Refinement, Texture and Microtexture Evolution of Ti65 Titanium Alloys

  • 摘要: α+β两相区热加工是钛合金成形阶段的重要工序之一。本研究就α+β两相区热变形参数对Ti65钛合金晶粒细化、织构及微织构演化的影响进行了探究。结果表明:热压缩变形后,合金中形成了<11-20>//AD丝织构,其织构强度随变形量的增大、变形温度的升高和应变速率的增加而增强;随着变形量的增大、变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低,合金组织内部的再结晶程度增加;微织构的演化主要受变形温度和冷却方式的影响,而变形量和应变速率的改变对微织构无明显影响。

     

    Abstract: Thermomechanical processing in the α+β region is an important process in the molding stage of titanium alloys. In this work, the effects of hot deformation parameters in the α+β region on the dynamic recrystallization, texture and microtexture evolution of Ti65 alloys are investigated. The results show that the <11-20>//CD fiber texture is generated during compression. The texture strength increases with the increase of deformation degree, deformation temperature and strain rate. With the increase of deformation degree and deformation temperature and decrease of strain rate, the recrystallization degree in the microstructure increases. The deformantion temperature and cooling mode play the main role in the evolution of microtexture, whereas the deformation degree and strain rate have almost no effect on the microtexture.
