低合金钢焊接热影响区组织比例计算及预测

Calculation and Prediction of Structure Proportion in Heat Affected Zone of Low Alloy Steel Welding

  • 摘要: 为获得性能较好的焊接接头,在MATLAB App Designer开发环境下,基于低合金钢焊接CCT图,开发了一款能够反映焊接工艺参数-焊接冷却时间-焊接热影响区组织及性能的App。App中建立了“焊接工艺参数”“焊接材料及CCT图”“组织比例、金相图、硬度”和“导入温度场数据”四个主要模块。App以焊接CCT图为基础,采用插值法计算和预测焊接热影响区的组织比例、金相图和硬度,并以15MnVR钢为例进行计算分析。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain a welded joint with good performance, in the development environment of MATLAB App Designer, based on the CCT map of the low carbon steel alloy welding, an App that can reflect the welding process parameter, weld cooling time, and welding heat-affected zone structure and performance is developed. Four main modules of welding process parameter, welding material and CCT map, tissue ratio, metallographic diagram and hardness, and imported temperature field data are established in the App. Based on the welding CCT map, the software uses interpolation method to calculate and predict the structure ratio, metallographic map and hardness of the welding heat-affected zone. The 15MnVR steel is taken as an example for calculation and analysis.
