摘要: 吸波材料厚度无损检测探头采用电容式设计,为提高探头的检测灵敏度,须对电容式传感器进行优化设计。当两相同尺寸的平面电极通过改变电极间距进行多点探测时,从理论上给出了基于原始保角变换理论的精准电极优化设计方法,得出在设计时电极间距变化不能超过灵敏区,同时电极宽度不能太大且不能设计在峰值点上,基于此方法的优化电极结构能够显著提高电容式传感器的检测灵敏度。Abstract: The non-destructive testing probe for thickness for wave-absorbing material adopts the capacitive design. In order to improve the detection sensitivity of the probe, it is necessary to optimize the capacitive sensor. Here is given the method of electrode optimization design when two planar electrodes of the same size are detected by changing the pitch be tween the electrodes. It's concluded that the electrode spacing can not exceed the sensitive area in the course of designing, and the width of the electrode can not be too large or at the peak point. The optimized electrode structure based on the above method can obviously improve the detection sensitivity of the capacitive sensor.
