厚板机器人立焊多层多道焊缝填充路径规划研究

Study on Thick Plate Multi-Layer and Multi-Pass Path Planning of Robot Vertical Welding

  • 摘要: 采用10 mm厚EH36钢板进行机器人立焊单道堆焊工艺试验,研究送丝速度、焊接速度、摆动幅度和停留时间等参数对焊道截面积的影响,采用线性拟合的方式对焊道截面积计算公式进行修正,试验结果表明焊道截面积修正计算公式能准确预测立焊焊道截面积。通过对焊道截面形状进行简化,结合焊道截面积修正公式,对机器人立焊厚板打底焊道高度、焊缝层数、焊层道数、焊枪抬升量、焊枪偏移量等进行推导计算,可实现机器人立焊厚板多层多道焊缝填充路径规划,本研究对机器人厚板自动化焊接路径规划具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The single-pass surfacing process test of robot vertical welding is carried out by using 10 mm-thick EH36 steel plate. The influences of wire feeding speed, welding speed, swing amplitude and residence time on the cross-sectional area of the weld are studied. The formula for calculating the cross-sectional area of the weld is modified by linear fitting, and the test result indicates that the modified cross-sectional area calculating formula can accurately predict the cross-sectional area of the weld bead by the vertical welding. By simplifying the cross-section shape of the weld bead and combining with the modified formula of the cross-sectional area of the weld bead, the height of the root pass weld bead, the number of welding seam layers, the number of weld layers, the lifting amount of the welding torch and the offset of the welding torch are deduced and calculated. The thick plate multi-layer and multi-pass path planning of the robot vertical welding is realized, and the research has certain reference significance for the automatic welding path planning of the thick plate by robot welding.
