1000 MPa级紧固件用钢性能研究

Research on Properties of Steels for 1 000 MPa Grade Fasteners

  • 摘要: 本研究通过对紧固件用42CrMo、12CrNi5MoV、42CrMoVNb和30Cr2Ni2Mo钢进行淬火+系列温度回火热处理,研究了满足1 000 MPa级紧固件应用的热处理工艺,并对相同强度条件下各材料的氢吸附能力和氢脆敏感性进行了分析和研究。结果表明:12CrNi5MoV钢具有良好的综合力学性能,且该钢抵抗氢致断裂的能力相对较强。

     

    Abstract: Quenching and series temperature tempering heat treatments are carried out on 42CrMo, 12CrNi5MoV, 42CrMoVNb and 30Cr2Ni2Mo steels used for fasteners, the heat treatment processes that can meet the requirements of 1 000 MPa fasteners are explored, and the hydrogen adsorption capacity and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of the materials under the same strength conditions are studied. The results show that 12CrNi5MoV steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties and strong resistance to hydrogen induced fracture.
