摘要: 以轨道车辆用橡胶材料为研究对象,通过紫外老化试验,分析了紫外老化对材料的力学性能影响。试验结果表明,材料的拉伸强度呈现先升高再降低的现象,而硬度逐渐升高,拉断伸长率逐渐降低。研究表明,紫外老化试验数据与热空气老化规律相似。Abstract: The influences of ultraviolet aging on mechanical properties of rubber materials in railway vehicle are analyzed by ultraviolet aging experiments.Resultsshow that with the prolonging of aging time, the tensile strength increases at first and then decreases, hardness tends to increase, and elongation at break shows decreasing trend. The results also show that the change law of ultraviolet aging is similar to that of the hot air aging.
