Abstract:
The properties of aluminum/stainless steel connectors used in liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen and liquefied natural gas storage tanks at low temperature are systematically studied, and the morphology features of the interfaces after explosive cladding analyzed. The tensile strength change under different temperature conditions are studied by the method of mechanical property test. The gas tightness before and after the welding is tested with helium leak detector, and the application reliability and the main risks of the aluminum/stainless steel connectors are analyzed.
