焊接态超薄铝合金-钢复合过渡接头界面组织和结合性能分析

Analysis on Interface Structure and Performance of Ultrathin Aluminum Alloy-Steel Composite Transition Joint of Welding State

  • 摘要: 对焊接态船用超薄铝合金-钢复合过渡接头组织和结合性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:焊接过程中过渡接头的铝-钢界面温度小于300℃时,铝-钢界面的结合性能与原始态的结合性能基本相当;焊接态铝-钢界面组织正常,界面处FexAly金属间化合物未发生增厚现象。

     

    Abstract: The microstructure and bonding properties of the welded marine ultrathin aluminum-steel composite transition joints are studied experimentally. The results show that when the interface temperature is below 300℃, the bonding properties of the aluminum-steel interfaces of the welded transition joints are similar to those of the original state. The structure of welded aluminum-steel interface is normal, and the metal-to-metal compounds of FexAly at the interface are not thickened.
