钛合金在高含硫化氢工况中的腐蚀性能研究

Study on Corrosion Properties of Titanium Alloy in Gathering Line with High Sulfur Content

  • 摘要: 研究了3种不同强度等级的钛合金(TT42、TT52和TT70)在高硫化氢工况中耐点腐蚀试验、抗氢致开裂试验(HIC)、抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验(SSC)、以及模拟工况条件下均匀腐蚀试验和抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验(SSC)。结果表明:3种钛合金材料均具有良好的抗点腐蚀性能、抗氢致开裂性能及抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能;在模拟高含硫工况条件下,3种钛合金材料均匀腐蚀试验表面均无点蚀,平均腐蚀速率分别为4×10-4 mm/a、2×10-4 mm/a和4×10-4 mm/a,几乎不发生腐蚀;在80%AYS加载应力下,3种钛合金材料表面均未发生开裂。

     

    Abstract: Pitting corrosion resistance test, hydrogen induced cracking resistance test(HIC), sulfide stress corrosion cracking resistance test(SSC), and uniform corrosion test under high H2S-containing gas field are carried out on three typical titanium alloys(TT42, TT52, TT70).Results show that the three titanium alloys all have good pitting corrosion resistance, hydrogen cracking resistance and sulfide stress corrosion resistance. Under the simulated conditions of high sulfur content, the surface of titanium alloy materials have no pitting corrosion, and the average corrosion rates are 4×10-4 mm/a, 2×10-4 mm/a and 4×10-4 mm/a, respectively, with almost no corrosion. The surface of three kinds of titanium alloy don't crack under the stress of 80% AYS.
