Abstract:
The influence law of three different shell making processes on the shell collapsibility is studied. The collapsibility of shells is discussed and analyzed by testing the bending strength, fracture phase and fracture morphology of shells, and the three making processes are applied in the production of complex thin-wall aerotitanium alloy to determine the shell-making process that meets the requirements of the strength and the collapsibility for precision casting shell of complex thin-wall aerotitanium alloy.
