Study on Cathodic Protection Potential of High Strength Steel in Seawater

  • 摘要: 采用阴极极化、腐蚀失重、慢应变速率拉伸等方法研究了10Ni5CrMoV钢及其焊接件在常压海水环境中的阴极保护。结果表明,当极化电位负移到-0.94 V后,10Ni5CrMoV钢及其焊接件的氢脆敏感性明显上升。确定10Ni5CrMoV钢及焊缝的合理阴极保护电位范围为-0.77 V~-0.94 V (vs. Ag/AgCl)。
    Abstract: The cathodic protection inhibitions of 10 Ni5 CrMoV steel and its weldment in seawater were studied by potentiostatic cathodic polarization, weight loss method, slow strain rate tensile test(SSRT) and fracture morphology analysis. The results showed that hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of 10 Ni5 CrMoV steel and its weldment obviously increased as the potential negative shifted to-0.94 V. The reasonable cathodic protection potential was suggested to be-0.77 V~-0.94 V(vs. Ag/AgCl).
