船舶燃料电池电极材料及连接体涂层研究进展

Research Progress of Electrode Materials and Interconnector Coatings for Marine Fuel Cells

  • 摘要: 燃料电池动力船利用固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)提供动力,其中电极材料和连接体涂层对电池性能的影响至关重要。目前常使用的钙钛矿(LSM)阴极材料在中低温下存在导电率低的问题,Ni基阳极材料存在积碳问题,铁素体不锈钢(FSS)连接体存在阴极“铬中毒”和高温导电性及抗氧化性差的问题。对此,混合离子导体阴极材料、双钙钛矿氧化物阳极材料和连接体涂层成为改善SOFC性能的有力材料。本研究综述了电极材料和连接体涂层的发展状况,并提出了进一步改善电极材料和涂层性能的展望。

     

    Abstract: Fuel cell-powered ships utilize solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) for propulsion, where electrode materials and interconnects play crucial roles. The cathode material LaSrMnO3 exhibits low conductivity in the low and medium temperature environment, Ni-based metal ceramic anodes suffer from carbon deposition issues, and the ferritic stainless steel interconnects are inclined to being poisoned by Cr and are poor in high temperature superconductivity and oxidation resistance. Mixed-ion conductor cathode materials, double perovskite oxide anode materials and interconnector coatings show promising prospects in improving the performances of SOFC. In this study, the development status of electrode materials and interconnect coatings is reviewed, and the future directions for improving electrode materials and coating performance are prospected.
