LNG储罐用低温高锰钢焊条研究

Research on Welding Electrode for Low Temperature High Manganese Steel for LNG Tank

  • 摘要: 针对低温高锰钢缺少配套焊条的现状,本研究研制了适用于低温高锰钢制LNG储罐全位置焊接的碱性焊条,并结合焊接试验结果和工程应用需求对焊条进行优化。对优化后焊条的熔敷金属和焊接接头进行组织性能测试和力学性能分析。研究发现,优化后的焊条焊接工艺性优良,可进行全位置焊接;熔敷金属的屈服强度达到568 MPa,抗拉强度达到722 MPa,-196 ℃冲击吸收能量达到71 J;焊条焊缝组织为固溶强化及弥散碳化物强化的奥氏体组织。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem that the low temperature high manganese steel lacks matching electrode, a basic welding electrode for the all-position welding of LNG tank from low temperature high manganese steel is developed, and optimized by combining the welding test results and engineering application demands. The microstructures and mechanical properties of deposited metal and welded joint by the optimized electrode are tested and analyzed. Results show that weldability of the optimized electrode is good, and that the electrode is suitable for the all-position welding. The yield strength, tensile strength and impact energy at 196 ℃ of the deposited metal by the electrode reaches 568 MPa, 722 MPaand 71 J, respectively. The microstructure of the weld is austenite structure, strengthened by solution and dispersed carbide.
