Numerical Analysis on Fatigue Life of Welded Longitudinal Beam with Notch Stress Method

  • 摘要: 缺口应力法作为一种焊接结构疲劳分析方法,能够准确反映焊缝形状和缺口效应对焊接结构疲劳强度的影响,受到了广泛关注。本研究基于缺口应力法,对车辆纵梁的三点弯曲疲劳试验进行了数值模拟,并使用子模型技术对含有焊缝缺口的试验段工字梁进行了网格敏感性分析及疲劳寿命预测。结果表明,缺口应力法和子模型技术可有效预测焊接结构的疲劳薄弱区域分布和疲劳寿命。
    Abstract: The influence of weld profile and notch effect on fatigue strength of welded joint can be evaluated by notch stress method. To predict the fatigue life of welded vehicle longitudinal beam, a three-point bending fatigue test was simulated by finite element analysis and submodel technology was adopted to analyze the mesh sensitivity and to predict the fatigue life of the I-shape beam with notched welding. The results indicate that the fatigue zone distribution and fatigue life of welded joint can be invesigated effectively by notch stress method.
