退火态CoFeNiCrMnBx高熵合金微观组织和力学性能

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Annealed CoFeNiCrMnBx High Entropy Alloy

  • 摘要: 采用真空电弧熔炼炉制备了CoFeNiCrMnBx高熵合金,并对其退火处理。结果表明:CoFeNiCrMnB0.15和CoFeNiCrMnB0.20合金经1 100 ℃×20 h退火后,枝晶间组织均为颗粒状Cr2B相,且随着B含量的增加,颗粒状Cr2B相也增多。CoFeNiCrMnB0.20合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为496 MPa和890 MPa,较铸态CoFeNiCrMn合金的分别提高了104.0%和79.4%。

     

    Abstract: CoFeNiCrMnB<i>x high entropy alloy is prepared by vacuum arc melting furnace and annealed. The results show that when the CoFeNiCrMnB0.15 and CoFeNiCrMnB0.20 alloys are annealed at 1 100 ℃ for 20 hours, their interdendritic structures are granular Cr2B phase, and that the granular Cr2B phase increases with the increase of B content. The yield strength and tensile strength of CoFeNiCrMnB0.20 alloy are 496 MPa and 890 MPa, which are 104.0% and 79.4% higher than those of the as cast CoFeNiCrMn alloy.
