Effect of Stress Relieving Heat Treatment On Microstructure and Properties of 12CrNi5MoV Forged Steel

摘要: 研究了原始态和消应力热处理态12CrNi5MoV锻钢的组织与性能,结果表明,经消应力热处理后,12CrNi5MoV锻钢的强度和塑性与原始态试样的相比变化不大,而冲击韧性明显降低,锻钢发生明显脆化。试验用12CrNi5MoV锻钢含有一定量的P及易引发回火脆性的Ni、Cr、Si、Mn等元素,是发生脆化的根本原因。

Abstract: The microstructures and properties of 12CrNi5MoV forged steel before and after stress relieving heat treatment are studied. The results show that the strength and plasticity of 12CrNi5MoV forged steel after stress relieving heat treatment have little change compared with those of the original sample, that the impact toughness reduces, and that obvious embrittlement occurs. The root cause of the embrittlement is that the 12CrNi5MoV forged steel contains a certain amount of P and Ni, Cr, Si, Mn and other elements that are easy to cause temper brittleness. -
