高钛渣在T492T1-1C1A型药芯焊丝中的应用研究

Study on Application of High Titanium Slag in T492T1-1C1A Flux Cored Welding Wire

  • 摘要: 以T492T1-1C1A型药芯焊丝为研究对象,通过使用不同质量分数的高钛渣替代金红石,研究了高钛渣加入量对药芯焊丝焊接工艺性、焊缝金属力学性能及化学成分、陶瓷衬垫打底焊焊缝表面热裂纹率以及熔渣中氧化物含量的影响。结果表明,随着高钛渣加入量的增多,药芯焊丝的焊接工艺性下降;焊缝金属的抗拉强度、下屈服强度下降幅度较小,而-40 ℃、-60 ℃下低温冲击吸收能量则显著降低;焊缝金属中Mn、Si的质量分数减小,O的质量分数增大,扩散氢的含量降低;焊缝表面热裂纹率呈现先降低后升高的趋势,当高钛渣加入量为20.0%~30.0%时达到最小值;渣壳中MgO、MnO、SiO2等脱氧产物和Fe2O3的质量分数均呈现增加趋势。

     

    Abstract: High titanium slag is used to replace the rutile in T492T1-1C1A flux-cored welding wire for the purpose of cost reduction. The effects of high titanium slag addition (mass fraction) on the weldability of T492T1-1C1A flux-cored welding wire, mechanical property and chemical compositions of weld metal, hot cracking rate of ceramic liner priming weld surface, and oxides in slag are studied. Results show that with the increase of high titanium slag addition, the weldability of T492T1-1C1A flu-xcored welding wire decreases, the tensile property and lower yield strength of the weld metal decrease slowly, the impact energy at -40 ℃ and -60 ℃ decrease obviously, the mass fractions of Mn, Si and diffusible hydrogen decrease and that of O rises, the surface hot cracking rate decreases to the lowest when the addition of high titanium slag is 20.0%-30.0%, and then rises. Besides, with the increase of the high titanium slag addition, the mass fractions of MgO, MnO, SiO2 and Fe2O3 in the slag shell demonstrate a rising trend.
