锚链钢渗锌层在海洋环境中的腐蚀行为分析

摘要: 以锚链钢为研究对象,采取电化学测试、实海试验、盐雾试验等手段,从微观形貌和宏观腐蚀行为两方面分析渗锌层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,渗锌层在为期12个月的潮差、全浸、大气试验环境中均未发生腐蚀现象;渗锌层在盐雾试验500 h条件下,耐蚀性良好;渗锌及钝化工艺均能降低腐蚀速率,保护金属基体。Abstract: The corrosion resistance of the zincification layer of the anchor chain steel under service conditions is comprehensively analyzed from the macroscopic behavior and microscopic morphology by means of electrochemical test, real sea test and salt spray test. The results show that the zinc nickel infiltrated coating doesn’t corrode in the tidal range, full immersion and atmospheric environments for 12 months. The zinc nickel coating withstands the salt spray test for 500 h and show good corrosion resistance. Zincification and passivation can reduce the corrosion rate and protect the metal matrix.
