大型风电叶片模具高精度制造技术研究

Research on High-precision Manufacturing Technology of Large-scale Wind Turbine Blade Mold

  • 摘要: 大型风电叶片批量化、标准化以及高精度、高性能发展趋势对风电叶片模具材料、设计及精准制造工艺等方面提出了更高的要求,但目前尚缺乏相关的系统研究和梳理。本研究结合叶片模具实际成型过程,从蒙皮结构、钢架结构和蒙皮-钢架连接部分特征及协同效应等3方面总结了不同因素对风电叶片模具精准制造的影响,为工程预测和控制提供直观的数据参考。

     

    Abstract: The development trend of large-scale wind turbine blades in batches, standardization, high precision and high performance put forward higher requirements on the mold material, design and precision manufacturing technology of wind turbine blade, however, the systematic research still lacks. In this research, the skin structure, steel frame structure, and characteristics and synergistic effect of the skin-steel frame connection part are summarized combining with the actual forming process by the blade mold. The research provides intuitive data reference for the engineering prediction and control.
