阻燃剂对丁腈橡胶阻尼材料阻燃和阻尼性能的影响

摘要: 研究了阻燃剂体系及用量对以丁腈橡胶(NBR)为基体的橡胶阻尼材料的氧指数、烟密度和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)阻燃体系与氢氧化铝(ATH)阻燃体系相比具有更低的烟密度和更高的阻尼性能;阻燃增效剂硼酸锌(ZB)的加入有利于提高丁腈橡胶阻尼材料的阻燃性能并降低烟密度,但会使丁腈橡胶阻尼材料的损耗因子最大值降低。Abstract: The effects of flame retardant system and its addition on the oxygen indexes, smoke densities and damping performances of the NBR damping materials were investigated. The results showed that MPP flame retardant system had lower smoke density and higher damping performance than ATH flame retardant system. Synergistic agent ZB could improve the flame retardant properties and reduce the smoke density, and decrease the maximum loss factor of the material at the same time.
