高压无缝气瓶热处理模拟仿真技术研究

Research on Simulation Technology of Heat Treatment For Seamless Cylinder

  • 摘要: 使用Simufact软件对大直径高压无缝气瓶淬火加热、保温及冷却过程进行了模拟,采用质点追踪法研究了不同壁厚处的温度、等效应力、组织等变化情况。结果表明:等效应力与加热速度和冷却速度有直接联系;气瓶外径经淬火后略有变化,模拟计算淬火冷却后钢中的铁素体含量与实际结果基本一致,表明淬火模拟可用于指导实际生产。

     

    Abstract: Simufact was used to simulate the quenching heating, holding and cooling processes of high pressure seamless cylinder and the variation of temperature, equivalent stress and microstructure at different thicknesses was studied by particle tracing method. The equivalent stress was directly related to heating and cooling rats, and the outer diameter of cylinder changed slightly after quenching. The simulated calculation of ferrite content by quenching was consistent with the actual situation, showing that the quenching simulation could be used to guide the actual production.
