聚氨酯泡沫失效原因分析

Analysis on Failure of Polyurethane Foam

  • 摘要: 为研究飞机油箱内的聚氨酯泡沫出现变色和掉渣的原因,对油箱内的燃油进行微生物检测,对变色区域的泡沫碎渣进行观察,并进行红外光谱检测、热失重检测和X射线荧光光谱微量元素检测。结果表明,油箱内微生物数量严重超标,泡沫碎渣表面附着大量的球菌、丝状真菌和霉斑等微生物,微生物附着位置可见大量啃噬的孔洞。热失重结果显示,泡沫碎渣发生降解。油箱内聚氨酯泡沫的失效主要是由于微生物超标引起的。

     

    Abstract: To find out the reason of the discoloration and scaling-off of the polyurethane foam in aircraft fuel tank, detection of fuel oil microorganism was conducted, the discoloration area of the foam slag observed, thermal weight loss and FTIR tested.Resultsshowed that the number of microorganism in the oil tank was high above the standard. A large number of coccus, fungus and mildew were found attached to the surface of the foam, and many gnawed holes appeared at the attached positions under the action of microbial degradation. Thermo gravimetric results showed that foam degradation occurred. The failure of foam in the fuel tank was mainly caused by excessive microorganisms.
